playing with the pen

Here are 3 new drawings that i made in the studio yesterday. I've been having a whale of a time with the classic ink and dip pen. I really like the line quality when using that badboy. expect more retarded ink drawings soon.

It was for a night i put on a few weeks ago. i showed this edit and had at art auction. managed to sell everything which was a bonus. was a good turn out. lots and skating and boozing.

HIGHBROW AND CRAYON have teamed up for chris jones new board to bring you this bad boy, designed by me (Mike O'Shea).
Me and c.j were chatting about ideas for board graphics whilst watching life aquatic and surprise surprise what did i end up doing? freaking jazzy fish. im super happy with how the board has come out. i've also done a tshirt to go along with the deck. will post that very soon.

HIGHBROW CHURCHDOWN EDIT.

Here we have some jazzy bummers at churchdown skatepark.
owen hopkins, tom carr, and phil parker all want you to love the skating. so if you could please find them on facebook and give them lots of lovely messages about how you thought there backlips or there hardflips look really good, it would make them feel better about themselves and in turn make them better skaters. so its a win win really. the more praise they get the better the footage will be.

Sorry ladies and gents for the lack of updates. ive been on holiday for a couple weeks trying to work on my tan.

Here is dave lanes first advert for HIGHBROW. its one of the best yet in my opinion. If any of you have seen his section in the latest highbrow vid you will know this lad has style for miles. if you missed the vid dont worry, dave will be popping up again soon on the old interweb im sure. watch this space.

Yes thats right, chris jones will feature in the up and coming HIGHBROW video. does anyone else think chris is the best skateboarder in the world, or is it just me? guy kills it.
im afraid to say that he wont have any bangers in this video because he is saving all his good footage for a youtube edit that he is releasing next year. i hear its all gunna be about 6 songs long. i cant wait for that. in the mean time watch out for his average section in (A VERY HIGHBROW VIDEO) out when its out.

Hello all, check out this poster for my up and coming show at donuts in bristol. can you guess who the painting is of?
